Jewellery Care

Silver characteristically tarnishes, and is easily marked and scratched, therefore please refrain from wearing whilst bathing, whilst in bed and during sporting activities, when not being worn it is best to store in a dark place. Please avoid contact with chemicals, make-up, salt water, creams and perfumes. Soft stones such as pearls and opals may react to the silver cleaning solution so use a specialist pearl cleaner or give them a rub with a soft cloth.

Headpiece Advice & Care

Due to the delicate nature of the headpiece designs, they should be worn by adults only, for the purpose that they were meant. Sterling silver is relatively strong metal however like most metals is not a particularly pliable,therefore jewellery and bridal pieces should not be repeatedly bent or straightened nor should they be worn anywhere other than on the head and used for any other purpose than for which they were designed.

All Jewellery & bridal accessories should removed before any exercise, physical activities, swimming and sleeping. Every precaution has been taken to remove any hard or rough edges, however should pressure be put on the 'leaves'they may break, split and pierce the skin resulting in injury.


£3 will be charged for delivery of items up to the value of £50 sent via Royal Mail First Class signed for.

£5 will be charged for delivery of items over the value of £50 sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1PM next working day.

You will be emailed with a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched. Please be advised jewellery is made to order, therefore you will need to allow upto 4 weeks from the date of your purchase before receiving your bespoke jewellery.

Returns & Exchanges

Jewellery pieces with exception to Earrings and commissioned pieces, can be returned for exchange only within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges can be made once the piece has been received back, unworn, with tags still attached and all of the original packaging and with proof of purchase. Exchanges can be made against other piece/s of jewellery at the same price or higher. Any item/s to be returned for whatever reason must be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. All postal costs incurred are to be covered by Customer unless item of jewellery was at fault. If exchanging, higher value jewellery items additional costs will have to be covered before item/s are despatched. Due to hygiene reasons, Earrings are Non- Returnable unless faulty. This does not affect your statuatory rights.

Commissioned Jewellery

Commissioned jewellery will require a 50% non refundable deposit prior to commencement of the piece. Please allow 4 weeks for completion of bespoke jewellery.Every commissioned piece is made-to-order, your specific requirements and therefore is non-refundable unless faulty.

Online and Phone Orders

When placing an order online please be aware due to making and hallmarking process of the pieces I kindly ask that you allow up to 4 weeks before reciveing your item/s. You should received a confirmation email detailing your order within 1 working day. On dispatch of your item/s, you will receive an email with a Royal Mail tracking reference.

Online and Phone Order Sales Returns

Online and telephone orders cancellation rights are in addition to my normal returns policy, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Please note these rights do not apply to commissioned or personalised items and earrings (due to hygiene reasons) which once ordered and purchased, are NON RETURNABLE unless faulty.

If you wish to cancel your order before the end of the statutory cancellation period (14 days from the day after you receive the goods) you can notify me by email at informing that the item/s are to be returned unworn, with proof of purchase, tags attached and in the original packaging. The item/s must then be returned within 14 days of your cancellation. Once received your refund and original postage cost will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of item/s, unless only part of the order is returned in which case postage will not be refunded, only the original purchase price of the item will be refunded.
